Description
This course is designed to address the realities of being a leader in a correctional environment. Helping leaders understand their true role to include hiring and retaining staff, leading the rising generation of new employees, having difficult conversations and effectively transitioning from peer to supervisor. EVERYONE IS A LEADER! This program will assist ALL corrections professionals in understanding the important contribution their leadership can offer the organization, regardless of title or rank.
