Based on our popular Constitutional Use of Force program. We’ll interpret impactful force-focused court decisions, including Graham v. Connor & Tennessee v. Garner and use videos reflecting both sound and questionable tactics to explore legalities that need to considered when force decisions are made in an effort to reduce excessive and/or unnecessary force claims.
Each section contains one video around 20 minutes and has a one-question quiz at the end. You must complete each section to receive a certificate.
